That they are just mature and informed. They know that being an asshole will only get you so far. Make a mistake. Realize it and accept you are wrong and apologize. It is just that easy. Feel some shame and do better next time.  Admitting we are wrong is hard. Facts are not hard; accepting them should not be hard. However, our ego does not want us to be wrong.
